how can i fix this banner gimmie some suggestions and you guys can rate it if you like.. thanks

ok........

first of all the text is horrible you gotta make it noticeable because i coudlnt even see it at first.

the bg is pretty bad because i dont like the detail in it and the color is ugly.

try fixing all of this and blend it in a different way
