How to do when u dont wish to fight?

[color=#FF0000]sometimes when i was a member(2days ago) iclick on some vips tochallenge it and it apears a window whit this mensaje
(the nick of the vip) dont wish to play at this moment

It's called "DND" (Do No Disturb)
And it can be found in options on the main menu of the game.
