I am thinking in the game when you hit level 3 you press a combination button then you can have level 4 then when you go to level 5 when you do this special the whole screen turns blue thn you can do unlimited specials and the ground brakes and when u use a partner it, your partner cause 4 more hit damage then the super screen and specals last for 12 seconds.

I barely understand what you said but from what I can understand it seems like a terrible idea. I mean we already have a variable attack theres no need to have levels exceeding level 3. Its never been in an sf game before either and who knows how lag would e fect it.
