Hey I just practsing how to use ps7 and look what happened I made normal Akuma to this lol

here is the banner is my 5 time makeing the banner i am new at it

well since your a begginer ill go easy well any1one can do that efect that you did for akuma its very simple and the size isnt good try a 400 77 thats what im using all in all 3/10 try agin next time

well this is the first time i have seen one ur banner. Well the effest u try to do with akuma is very simple. The background is very plain. I am not gonna go any further cuz i can't. for some help on using adobe photoshop go here. Good Tutorials.. Its help for beginers.

i kinda like the text i guess, the whole thing is really about akuma and his "fade effect" in the back, thats about it =/ 1/10

Well, I would say the text is "aight", but it doesn't go with the tag... but your a begginer, I'd advise you to use some renders... Then you should try using brushes...
