if you made that rose yourself it would be excellent, but it looks just a stock photo with some mediocre brushing, nothing fantabulous, 5/10

you said to me you used elements huh?
I also use it...but enough with the dust's...use some little air brushes to make it motioned.

u just used those special effect brushes
used the rose 1 then
just did little brushing
add more to it
