Shockwave problems - Only reply if you can help me -_-'

Well I tried to get the new shockwave, and when I downloaded it, it was goin well until I tried to install it. The instalation window pops up and stays at "1%" and it is like flashing and lines are going in and out of it and it stays at 1% for like an hour. Then when I cancel it the window pops up and says insufficient disk space or whatever, please help me

Only reply to this if you can really help me, please ?

well how much space do you have left on your HD?

u go to my computer and right click ur drive then go to properties and a little thing that look like a pie should come up tellin u

What web browser are you using, there might be a secutiry setting preventing the d/l.

MSN internet explorer, is there anyway for me to delete shockwave and download it again ?
