Game shakes

ok when i am fighting my game sometimes shake and when it says sync lost the letters are shaking and in story mode when i'm going to pick a character the highlected selection goes super fast and when i fight the game shakes does any1 know wats wrong with it?

I've never heard of something like this.. are you using the d/l version of the game or the web version ?
