Every single topic is locked in the member help, section. What the hell is going on.

*sigh*

This is so that new members will actually read before making worthless topics.

Questions will be preanswered....

No need to spam The Section.

One flaw in that though.

If a better help topic than the first presents it's self......then the old topic should be moved into the older section of the New Member Section.
