Password retrieval - What the hell

I really have no idea where to put this other than General Discussion since there is no clear part of this forum for help with the forum only SFO related problems. So if it's in the wrong place move it.

Why the hell can't I retrieve my password, I want to start using my old account rather than this one and I've tried 3 times but no email arrives. I even got my old email out of the dust to get my password for my username yet no email ever arrived.
Anyway, is this just my crappy computer or is this something that has been around for a while (since I haven't been around for a while.) And if someone with the correct power would be so kind as to retrieve it for me if they can or change my password or something.

Anyway I thank you in advance for this.

P.S. My old username is Dark Dragon, couldn't find it in the members list either (but i'm just lazy) it's at birthdays on the 24th of august.

This topic can be closed and the wild dragon name won't be used anymore.
Found out the problem and Nferno did it for me so I'm back bigger and better than ever.
