How do u do a special attack

I just started playing street fighter online, and i'm just getting the hang of it. I want to know how to do a special attack(for ex, chun li's special is the huge light orb thing ) .

What keys do u press?

ps:how do u get the other characters i only have, sp

Well, if your playing on staying on the forum.. you should activate your account. You can do that by:
