tutorials are supposed to amek you learn, not for you to rip the end result, change the color and claim it to be your own.

what is NOT legal is plagerism, and that is what you did. if i were to take a print of the monalisa, change the color and put it for sale, is it legal? flip no. it is against the law, it is plagerism. that is what you did. mother fliping admit it!

Bah whatever if you look closely you see not same EXACT RENDER. I even use same brushing effects in my .psd than one in tutorial. Anyhow since no one belive me even though I show proof of tutorial I use. Really hate it came to do since I DID WORK HARD making damn bg. I'll make something eles for hotsexy chick. no way in hell you can make the almost same exact render (and it is the same exact rendeR) AND do the almost same exact brush strokes.

there is no snow flakes chance in hell you can do that.

especially if you look at the instructions.
the tut says things like "and add some brushing here, and there, add smudging there" where you use the brush tool. the brush tool is an extension of YOUR BODY. it is not a filter, which should look the same to every one, you make it. the fact that you claim you made it exactly like snakeart is utter bullpoop.

Like I said if you WANT TO SETTLE THIS LIKE REAL MEN. Get the guy who made the tutorial to file PLAGERISM LAWSUIT. Babbling on forums is for kids and im not going to take part in it. I DID MAKE THE RENDER USING 3DSMAX and if you look closely you WILL SEE ITS NOT THE SAME. Anyhow I REALLY want to settle this in COURT rather than a forum online. You idiots are really starting to piss me off. Lets see if you have the balls to test me. Called my lawyer he already said the guy doesnt have a CASE AT ALL. Told me if he even trys anything he'll be in so much legal trouble he wont know what to do. If you want my info ect... we can talk about this like men.
