looks ok... but ur style is the same and the colours are very bold they r all the same color if youuse blue try add tone and various different blue but i do like the layout 5/10

try this open Paint and open that banner in paint and press ctrl + I and rehost it and c if they like it better.

that will only invert it shizznit, but anyway u got a nice banner there. I like the blending as well.
