Aerial hadoken/tenma gou - Hits when you jump over it

Heres something I've noticed while playing in a couple of Evil Ryu fights.

When I superjump/triple jump if I'm using Chun-Li over a Tenma Gou Zankuu or aerial Hadoken I still get hit by it.
Its wierd cause it happens to me on my brother's computer, but not mine. I've asked people about it and some people experience it, but some others dont. Is there a possible problem with the select computers that have this problem? And if so, is there a way we can fix it? Or is it just a glitch?

That has happened to me also. It might be a little bit of a glitch, but mostly lag. I guess all we can do is see if the problem is gone in the next update

same thing happens to me everytime i play a evil ryu, but to me it doesnt take as much health off me as what the full special would

same here, i always get hit by helpers nomatter wut, most of the time i get hit even right when they pop out and aren't even close to me
