I wanna know how to make an avatar - Just for short the picture by my name

Find one of those uploading sites(Where they can host pictures for you) and upload them. There are plenty of them, but most require that your pic be Gif, Jpg and stuff like that.

If you want to make a avatar or a tag then you have to get photoshop.

click on photoshop elements, it was made for beginners like you.

Now if you want to get good at photoshop then i suggest to go to this site:

i think thats all you need to know.
Ps: the main thing is don't rip, meaning don't cut out something like a background from another person's work.
