I need some good idea's and help on my banners now

Please who every is good with backgrounds...i need new ways of making them...
Can someone train in those newer background you people make? I feel like my stley is very old and can't help about it.
So whoever will train me a little of your time about 25 minutes please post your e-mail here or something.
