Character problem - Its taken away akuma and spiderman

i have gotten more than enough wins to get all the characters but today when i logged on it shows that i have to win them again. can u fix it or will i just have to win some more?

ok every one is having this prob ok you have to win 40 games to get all the charecters you didnt win 40 times and some times when you log in you have them all then when you log out you only have 2 win 40 games and you get the m all
