Msn messenger and hotmail - I can't access

i thought maybe my internet settings are wrong but i've tried everything and my msn messenger and the hotmail don't work at all..i can't contact the msn customer support guy aswell since i can't login

anyone know about this problem?
Damn pitty eh...

yea i had that 1 time and it said that too many ppl were usin it at that time or something like that.. the only thing u could do is wait
