filter>render>Lens Flare

Add a pic. add some text. add a border

And thats how you made it too simple, Try and get more complexed. Also when you are starting out use a few tutorials! Thats how you learn,

is tha banner it self

u need to add borders and effect to u rbanner
to make it look better
