Poll for powerups - Is it a good idea or not

I just wanna kno if its a good idea or not but now that i think about it its sorta good and bad considering the fact that there would be alot of lag

What type of power ups are you talking about. I dont remember any in mvsc. Anyway i say no cos its gonna cos lag. Lets just stick to unlocking all the characters for now.

How do you know if It's gonna be lag if You don't know what kind of power ups He's talking about? It could be something that can happen, i mean..... Everytime Someone post something You Guys say "Nah, to much lag".. Just give Him a chance to talk about it, and express it to us... It might be something that can happen.

So... what are You talking about? What kind of power ups? Do You mean the power ups from "marve| Super Heroes"? It can't be Those type of power ups, They will cause lots of lag... Mind, Speed, ect. ect...

As for marve| vs. Capcom, I never saw "Power Ups" on that game to much... So you must be talking about marve| vs. Capcom 2, now that game has many features, I never played it that much to see a "Power up"... So like I said tell Us about it, explain to Us what You're talking about...

he's talking about in MvsC where ryu could change into ken ryu or akuma ryu, it was in another thread, it wouldn't be a good idea cuz ryu has too many supers as it is he doesn't need any more...

and alamgir, do u even know wut lag is i think ur just saying that to act like u know wut u talking about cuz that is how everyone turns downt he ideas in this forum

well i did express my views about a new helper, this new helper would have the ability to change your character, but what sort of system would decide the choosing for the character in the middle of a game, is it to be random or would u be able to choose what character u recieved.

You think of all the time i've been here i don't know what lag is? Anyway i know for a fact it will lag. Its obvious the games gonna have to work harder. Anyway why do u think hardly any of the new features people have posted have come into the game. Cos of lag of course.

okey think about it everything is loaded and setup before the match starts u don't want something random in the middle of a macth that leads to major lag...

ok what about rage factor??? isnt that the same thing, your character turns into their evil form, evil ryu and ryu are not completely different characters but still it is a major change, look at the functions of e.ryu compared to that of ryu, u will get my point.

e ryu is still preloaded, all he is is just ryu with RD, ashura warp, and akuma's midair hadokens.
wut it seems u want is for someone to change to a random different charector in the middle of a fight...
if the different char is loaded in the middle of the match it would lag, if it is loaded at the beginning of a fight then that would mean all of the possible chars to change into would have to be loaded at the begining of the fight making it much slower to load.

obviously it has to be preloaded, most of the features are preloaded why should this be different,and it wont add much, i mean when the rage factor came out my loading time remained the same, probably a minute more than b4.
