I want to make a SF music video, but... - ... there are certain problems involved.

Those problems mentioned in the title of this topic is that I am a perfectionist only in those things that I truly enjoy. If I were to make a music video out of SF, I'd want to draw, animate, and compose everything! I don't know how to draw on the computer (that well), I don't know how to animate single images into a movie file, and I don't know how to combos the non-instrumental music that would be involved.

I did have plans, though...

I was going to make one music video for each major Street Fighter character, starting with Ken, Ryu, and Dan. The music would have been revamped theme songs for characters. The stories intermingle, and you would only be able to get the whole picture after being able to view them all.

The main obstacle to my plans? Try some 4,000 drawings per video. I'd lose patience pretty quickly. A website? I can deal with it. A video? Somebody'd better tell me how it can be done easily, or it won't be done.

now Im not going to animate the thing myself, but what I'm doing is still just as insanely hard....but I announce this today, and low and behold this topic shows up the same day.

this place is like the twilight zone. I think of something original, and then magically you guys somehow come up with the same idea.

I usually don't look on that page. I just go straight down to the link for the site forum. Sorry... didn't realize the idea was taken. You posted it first, you can be the only one to do it if you want.

just saying the timing was odd, thats all.

if you want to do something like that...by all means DO IT..and then promptly submit it to me so I can add it to our submissions page where you can be worshiped by many :biggrin:

Oh... alright, then. The timing is odd, no doubt about that. I hope I have the patience for this project (it could take a month). Besides, I don't even have the necessary programs yet.
