yeah, sorry for the lateness of the second round, but
1. ive been busy with life and stuff
2. ####s dont like to get on the game

more norms have lost their matches so there are few left to keep the group alive in this tourney!

anyway here are the matches:

7. maximumcarnage vs. Resident Evil2
8. (DJ-Eric) vs. Shishio1 - won by (DJ-Eric)
9. chicken wing vs. alamgir - won by chicken wing
10. Tidus42 vs. Shin Akuma
11. RyusRevenge vs. BlackGotenks
12. `EvilAkuma` vs. pip99
13. Hollis vs. devilsoul
oh and i had to put some vips against vips, since there are more vips who won.
Player A vs. Player B - Player A hosts first
Seriously, try to get on =/.

RULES:
1. 1 on 1 no tag
2. Perks vs. Norm
3. Level 0/Helpers Optional/Timer OFF
4. All Characters allowed
5. You will have a week or so to progress through each round, if you are unable to finish your fight I will DQ according to how active you were.
6. Best 2 of 3 matches
7. Cheapness of any sort will not be tolerated and you will be D/Q
8. If your able to, please take a screen of your win. It'd make my job easier if theres any disputes.
9. Norms will not be allowed to use Rage Factor.
10. No RD
11. If for any reason in the middle of the game something happens (power outage, phoneline disconnect, phone rings, sync lost) its your own fault and tough luck.

PRIZE:
1. Currently hoping for an official prize from TMyApp and waiting for him to reply his E-Mail.
2. Tag/Banner claiming you've won
3. A prize from our good pal abc123test
4. Maybe something else... Its in the works

Evilakuma or whatever went through default and he gets to host 1st game ....regards tourneys thats just not justifible seeing that he got through default and that i fought and won to get to hear.

MeH maybe youll take that into consideration in the future rounds and previous tourneys...and im not having a go at you dude just making a point.

yes. i will take that into consideration pip and thank you. im sorry that i overlooked that, but i was in a bit of a hurry making this thread and such. i didnt even get to email the participants.
