SOMBODY HELP!! - Why can't I challenge anyone...??

Somebody tell me how to set up the network to challenge...it doesn't appear to be working for me.

Well, you're either behind a firewall, or you're using a proxy. Either way, you can't successfully challange anyone, so you'll just have to be content with people challanging you...
