I have a question I hate to really ask,but I have heared it from several people,when your fighting someone and your destroying them completely,and there life never goes down a notch,they say that and I quote"When you dodge atatcks and supers you regain life" I dont know if it is true or not but please look into this..

when you dodge an attack you can't regain blood that is a lie it could be that they lag or their connection.

My Friend your experiencing a bad connection betwen your form of connection being DSL,Cable,mehh etc.

And your challenger's form of connection.

For you see in this community...Cable Modem is "Top Tier."

Meaning you need to get your hands on a Cable Modem if you plan to make any true success.

Well here's the speed chief if you still don't understand how to reduce the lagg or your PC or deal with it.

You may Private Message me,and Ill gladily take you through the steps to reduce lagg on your PC.

For one choose No Background in the Option Menu.There should be Tabs you can like on in the Option Menu.

Turn your Sound Off in the Option Menu. This will also reduce lagg.

Also Minimize your game screen this will greatily increase speed and connection.

ok..., a few many people here answered you the wrong answer since none of them really gives you a right answer expect perhaps maybe the first one who answered you !

so here is a proper answer...

first, dodges do not exists !
there is no way to actually gain life by jumping, blocking, stepping or anything that ables you to evade a move !
if you get proove of this hapenning then it is a big bad bug that we do not have known about.

in either cases, your answer is no, there is a way to get life back tho... actually 2 ways !
