Lag Problems
they will always have lag on this game no matter what! buT, they got some ways you can decrease it!by:

1.Going to Options
2.go under your sound tab an(turn off the music and sound to(0).
3.going tour (OTHER TAB) and click(No Background)..
4.fight ppl in servers that has the less ppl!

you have to get certain amount of wins to get the characters in RED:

Downloaded File
if you have to downloaded file and r having problems,try:

1.make sure all files are together!
2.ifur game freezes than you r missing a file!
3.if that doesnt work try the web version!

Having trouble downloading from the site
try:

Before you go through theses steps, it's advised that you have an empty folder on ur desktop or somewhere on ur hard drive that you can easily access. This would save you the trouble of searching for SFO when you're done downloading it.

1. Go to http://streetfighteronline.com/download.htm
2. Right click on all the links present and save them on that folder (new) that I told you to create and click save as.. and save it in that new folder, I told you to create.
3. Go to that folder and unzip all the files.
Note: To do this, you have to click on the file that says sfo11e.exe .. or the exe file that you have downloaded.. for all the other files are cct files and cannot be unzipped. Further more, Street Fighter Online has a selfunzippnig mechanism and you wouldn't need Win RAR or Win ZIP to unzip the files.
4. Make sure you unzip the files to that same folder that you created.

A.After I download, how do I play
Go to StreetFighterOnline's homepage, click start, download, and after that download all the files.. (except the "SFO12c to SFO12d Upgrade" and "Shockwave 8.5).. When you download all of these files, make a folder called SFO, or whatever you want to call it, and drag (or copy) all the files that you downloaded into the folder that you made... after that, double click the "sfo12d.exe", and click browse then extract the files into the folder that you made..

when you finish doing this.. click the SFO icon thats in the folder that you made..

if your having shockwave problems you can download shockwave player at: http://macromedia.com/shockwave

even though Shockwave shall installed by itself when u play SFO! but, if it doesnt and you're still having problems,downloading it again shall solve the problems with Shockwave Errors
