Sfo tournement server - Problems connecting

iv been having problems connecting to the Global Server and the ooscana server. iv tried evry thing but i can only connect to the SFO Tournement server. i can fight, but i get horrible lag. this is the kind of lag wer my attacks dont come thru or only half the damage comes thru. i was once in a ryu(him) vs. akuma(me) match, and after hitting me with 2 solid supers (super hadokens) and a few other hits, i wuz dead, even tho i hit him with about 4 or 5 supers (ariel hadokens) and lots of hits, which only took half his life. ireally dont want 2 lose this way again so can sum1 plz help me with this problem, is it lag, connection problems, or server problems.

The servers are down and only one is up. That means every one connected to SFO is in that chat room.That is why you are laging.From what i see the lag is a whole lot better then the last time i played.
