Well, at first I thought this was Ryu's theme, but now I found that it's CYCLOP's theme.

EDIT: I forgot something. There's this %7 on the l in cyc|ops' name. When you click the url, just go on navigation bar, then replace the %7 with a l. Ok, I'm done...

Another EDIT: Oh yeah, just copy the link onto your nav bar.
Now I'm really, positively done.
