Help for site

I am wanting to make a site...with everything...well not everything really but with heaps of stuff...it will have a SFO section and many other sections etc. Like a MISC. site, Anyway i need some people to help...but if not thats ok.
I also need to know what is a good free web host..i heard FreeWebs sucks..and i dont like geocities or angelfire

well i made my own personnal website some ppl said it was pretty ill get yu to see it as soon as i can its being a bitch ;]

Freewebs is pretty good...
I'm looking at a 79$ per year Full Premium Services plan :S
