BUT sincing that this is an which system is better hmmm not very detail but if you're going by which system is able to produce the best graphics and smoothest animation. DUH just look at the X-Box's stats....Going by quaility of games then you're just debating on opinion and not facts. I think this should be closed because it is now ended. Xbox is cool I heard ps3 is comming out in 2005 I can't untill it comes hopefully it will have dvd and some good getting edge graphics on the games.

Yah the ps3 will push console gaming to the next level with their newly designed grahpics. I've heard something about them having some kind of new graphic sceme that has to do with cells or something anyhow sounds good. Well and the X-Box is coming out with their new system. Which I think will have a 1gig processor in it and no telling what eles. To have a 1gig processor in a console is pretty amazing because it'll be able to match the graphics of a 3gig cpu with a geforce grahpics card or maybe more not shure. Anyhow Im looking forward to 2005-2006 alot of new technology will be coming out. Hmm I still waiting for that new dell chip-set oh boy .

it may means other things, a lot of words are sued for many things, but int he french dictionnary that word is more used for ANIMALS then for HUMANS ! so i was referring to my version, but in any case its a good insults !

anyway... you guys are already talking about the PS3 or XBOX 2 when the first consoles aren't even finished yet ! you people make me laugh ! seriously, the ps3 will not be over 1 gig of CPU and it will surely not be any new technology nor will the xbox be !

CELL SHADING, well look at the game TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLE and the game XIII, they both are using that technology already, its used mainly for ANIMES games for now, but sure will be used in many other games soon to come !

oh and by the way, in games, the CPU does so little in itself ! the GPU does 80% of the games speed ! the better the GPU the better the game will be, even if the CPU is low ! EXAMPLE: the PS2 capable of good graphics even tho it has a 300mhz CPU !

so having over 1 gig cpu will be something not really of a big deal.

And Z-power me and karma we not debating against each other...we like the same system.

And if Ps3 is coming out it will also probably be rushed just like Ps2 and it wouldn't be as good as it should be. Hopefully when Ps3 comes out X-box will come out with something. Something not as bulky and a better controller.

Well thats "GREAT" you two have nothing "going on" :laugh:. Getting back on the subject FOLKS I didnt say the ps3 was going to have a 1.gig cpu. I said I read somewhere where the X-Box will. Also the cpu does play an important role in graphics. Because without an fast cpu the gpu wouldnt be able to produce the frames needed to get those grahpics. Also I think the ps3 will have new technology other than Cell-Shading. Come on Cell-Shading in games is old Zelda for the gamecube was cell-shaded...Anyways well Im not going to drown this topic in any further. I've already answered the freakin question...

so u are takin karma's side.Your wrong. The ps3 will not be rushed. It'll blow the lid off other sytems I'm sure of it. Remember dreamcast, soon as ps2 came out ppl were like whats dreamcast dream...what? :laugh:

look at it the way you want stupid nerd. i don't know why people keep talking about the PS2 since all games are easily ported to the xbox or gamecube. all fliping games that are made for PS2 can easily be availlable if the companies wanted it, the only thing that makes sony still be in the dev. is the fact that people are sold to the company itself.

just fliping look at those who even without having played or even have tryed the other consoles, have ditched it right away even before the xbox was throwned ont he market !

as for the KATANA(DREAMCAST) it was throwned away for no fliping reason, again people just ditched it because it had ony 12 games when it came out in the us, and because the fliping PS2 came with a DVD for people to see their movies !

the only thing making sony still be in the course. is the rumors they are making and their marketting !

example: everytime their console is coming, they already tell everyoine that the next generation is coming soon ! the PSOne came out, automatically i seen everyone talking about the supposed PS2 coming out the next year or so, but they actually waited for over 3 years before getting the console. same for the PS3.. the PS2 just came out, 6 month after i hear people talking about the PS3 which will actually come out about 2+ years from now !

XBOX, like the DC got DITCHED for simply nothing !
how many fringing people ditched it before it even came out just because it was MICRO$OFT who made it ? how many japanese guys (which is 75% of the market) ditched the console, even today because it is MICRO$OFT ?

RANDOM FACT: a console which fails japanese sales, is bound to be a faillure. but the japanese prefers their own company and they boycotted microsoft because its not in their country !

i swear to you, the sales of the PS2 are something to laugh at ! seeing how a console can go on simple rumors is so fliping funny !
