How do you make a banner?

Hey i have Adobe Photoshop 6.0 i dunno how to use it well i know how to put my name on stuff..just that. Can anyone give me a big decription about Adobe Photoshop 6.0 cuz i have no idea how you make those banners like that.

why do people just think its a pushover to learn photoshop?

ok no one could explain to u how to make a banner cuz we dont know what type or anything and how many layers etc etc... its more complicated then u think.

here go to www.google.com and search on adobe photoshop tutorials that might help a bit.

to be honest wolvamat, you thought adobe photoshop was a pushover to start. so you just be quiet.

if your new, just mess around with all the options and filters, till you get used to it. then go onto more advanced stuff, eg airbrushing.

don't just do tutorials (like wolvamat sed) because that just teaches you nothing.
