Flikkers........okay. Anyways you have to have an animation program to do the one like my banner.

imageready 7 is a good program for animation, it comes with every photo shop CD. except the things are the same as photoshop, so if you dont get photoshop you wont get image ready. try animation shop 3.

do what wolvamat said. banner making is [bost_uid14][uost_uid14]HARD[/bost_uid14][/uost_uid14], it may take you months/ years to understand how to make a [bost_uid14][uost_uid14]GOOD[/bost_uid14][/uost_uid14] banner.
