My banner dont come up - It doesnt come up

my banner doesnt come op on my sig i changed my profiloe but it wouldnt come on my posts am i doing it wrong or somtin

You gues did use the [I M G] [/I M G] thing without spaces didnt ya? I think mine works..can you see it down below here?
