All this new stuff - Can someone fill me in?

i guess i missed out on a whole month of new stuff( i think this forum went back up like a month ago) any way, i have seen some people like NWO and other new types of new umm.... authorizational sub-titles. so, can someone tell me what that all about?

the forum never went down...they just took off some topics like new features and bug section but sicne the game is back so are those topics. the nwo ppl are those selected by tmy to mod the chatrooms and forum to keep this place strict..no more warning so be carfull on what you do.
