It all depends on how you look at things marvel its just your point of view on things like this:

Ex: Bob: My glass is half empty....
Billy: My glass is half full!!!
You're either looking at it optimisticly or I think its decimisticly.... you just have to be patient as hard as it is to... you have to know when to wait. It may not be today or tomarrow but the site will return eventually just have faith.... as naieve as it may sound not all things end up being for naught......

it means the site is out of commission for now because marvel found it and demanded he remove all things marvel..... so in a sence the dream is dead but not he's just going through rough times..... him and lefty but neither of them are the type to stay crying over spilled milk so just stick around and see what happens....... read the topic from the begining and you'll get an overview of it.

What he means by again was when they couldn't afford hosting it (At least that's what I remember), and VGM Fusion hosted the site for a bit..

oh, men.. i was supposed to play the site this morning, but see what happend. isn't marvel proud of what tmy has done? i wish to devastate their art. tmy did the best marvel art in the world!!!

what about vgmfusion? aren't they going to intolerate them too? ???
