look i am just as made as everyone else if we can get this site up and running again then i would love there is nothing we can do if marvel says its over its over but not with out a fight im with all the people who say that we should email marvel and this is not over till they get a big complant from me i maybe just a ####ie on this website but in the site i am a tough apponint well back to the point if we dont say something then who well im going to give those people a piece of my mine and what i think is going to happen to all of marvels fans and what there going to think about all of marvels superheros. :angryfire: :angryfire:

for those who don't understand the things...

tmyapp got kicked for putting a link to MARVEL.COM on his site !
so putting a lot of banners and things would just worsten the situation.
also, marvel was in their rights to do so, yeah they broke our morals down, but continuing would have made tmyapp completely stop and made him go to jail for piracy which we don'T want him to !

listen kiddo's if you can't understand the situations as it it is, then do do anything.

you say that 12-16 year old kids emailing them is stupid ?
well i must say that i'm 22 and i sent two emails... one to the guy who shutted tmyapp down and the other to their LICENSING division.

i know its never gonna do anything, but at least i tryed something, what have you tryed huh ? i just ask you !

If you're 22, you'd be able to think in terms of the REAL WORLD.

Think like this:

You're the owner of a multimillion-dollar comic industry, and over the past four years you've been gyped out of quite a few MILLION dollars due to bad movie contracts. Suddenly, you discover that there is a site that is hosting and running a site based on characters owned by YOU. The owner of this site has CLAIMED to the players that he had a deal with you allowing him to run the site, and you discover that he is receiving "donations" from the players to keep the site running.

Now, not only is the owner of the site plagiarizing your material for his own purposes, but he's also receiving time from players in order to continue doing so. Now, this basically means that the owner could be making a profit off of a site that illegally uses your copywritten material without your permission, and you're not getting ANY time. Wouldn't you be pissed that you're now getting gyped out of time AGAIN?

Furthermore, after you shut down the site, would you REALLY decide to let him keep running the site, just because a bunch of kids email you saying how they like the site? I hope not.

nantuko: have you even considered reading... no understadnign what is aid earlier !

i know it won't do them change anything, heck i never received any emails back and i doubt to receive any ! but at least they'll see and understand what they did and that's all that matter !

and as far as i know, XMEN got all the attention in the movie industries and SPIDERMAN too, as well as hulk !

not including the later movies that willbe coming from 2004 to 2006 which includes... THE PUNISHER, AVENGERS, FANTASTIC FOUR, IRON FIST (ray park as IRON FIST, whatever this guy is) and many more that are coming !

so i say, if it was so much of a fiasco, would you think they would actually go on and continu ditributing the thing ?

anyway...
sending emails isn't gonna do anything, but at least we'll try something !
for my part, the only thing that is good for TMYAPP is the same as many of us are saying...
TMYAPP do an original site with completely new chars and a new name !

why would tmyapp redo the engine ?
its there, he just need to change some things like the GFX and the likes.
also, he would need to revamp the engine a little.
see, he doesn'T start from scratch like you say, so i wonder why would he wouldn't want to do that !
the only thing i see that would stop him form doing it, is the fact that he kinda don't do GFX and he seems not to want any help in creating a site, which is the only reason i think would stop him !

Also if you're so SMART why don't you do something better with your time instead of wasting arguing with ppl on the forum? If you have a life you'd use it better.
