Yes, I tried looking in gaming options, but there's nothing about binding keys there grr. It only shows me what game controlers that i have on the PC (this is the only one.) I have no idea how to do it. I think I need some extra software.

What are you talking about duntedevil...no one is spamming anything. I think you need to look up the definition of spam....and it's not meat  Anyway, if anyone was following this, I'm currently on the phone w/ Microsoft. I've been on hold for a long while now, but I'll keep you post as to the outcome.

well, i called microsoft and they said that there is no software with the game pad to allow me to bind keys. He said that the program in which it is played must have this option. So I'm really frustrated. duntedevil, you said that the topic has already been answered. I don't see an answer anywhere....all I see are people refering to the FAQ....which is no help for me. Does anyone know if the game program has the option to bind keys? Please someone help me. I want to give this game pad a try.

I can't download joy2mouse because that's for joysticks, not game pads.
