i cant download the file
xvssf07e.exe
whenever i try it always says the page cannot be displayed

i dunna why but somtimes same thing happens to me you can just wait till the page fixes its self but you can try to delete your cash and you cookies that may work.

if not tell me i can share the file with you from my computer ill just need your e-mail.

Whenever this happens to me i just restart my computer, it usually fixes the problem
