Ok, am I making a mistake here. To upload an image I made a boomspeed account. I used a paint and then graphics converter to make my banner. I saved it and tryed to upload it but it didn't work. Somebody help me. ???

Well you didn't describe WHAT isn't working..
Is it that you can't uPload? Well if that's it, then make sure you saved the file as a ".jPg".

If that's not it, lemme know.

After I made it on paint, I clicked on "save as" and saved it as
toonryu.gif and another one saying toonryu.jpg After that I tried to upload it but it gave me an error saying Cannot find server. Please help.

Make sure that the words that are capitolized are captilozed.
Or maybe the file is too large.

No it's 2.86MB and it said I'm aloud to have up to 5.00MB.

well if thats the case, then you need to clear some cache, clear history then hit F5 or better yet reboot your PC...

error cannot find server is usually an internet problem...
