Problems with the downloadable version - Help

ok, wenever I try to use the downloadable version of the game, it says im missing a .ini file and that it can't find a directory called "movies"

can anyone help me? I really dont like playing from the browsewr cause its sooo slow.

Download it again and make sure you get every NEW file and all the rest!

If youv'e done that let me know!
