Jumping quotes - From one topic to another

sometimes whenever i browse the forum, someone makes a reply which is related to the other topic/in another section then i want to quote it but i cant
bcoz quotings are LIMITED within the topic itself!

so i want to suggest of adding another control panel where we can quote someone who made a reply from another topic and/or section to the other topic and/or section...

errr....you get what i mean?

well u can already do that...u just need to use the quote button above the box where you type in your post...
