New update - Tmyapp help me

I was loading the new update(WeaponX),half was done.Then just like that everything is black,it froze.I tryed too load again but it did the same thing

clear u'r cache, updated to the latest version of the Shockwave plugin, and restart
your browser/computer... the FAQ tells you how:
