Well if you wanted animated tag I suggest you go here and provide the picture by going to google and write down the one you wanted

how do i take a animated avatar from a website and put it as my avatar. it doesnt work.

try imgspot.com they will host ur images so you can put then as your avatar.

Tried going to Your Control Panel in the left top side. And after that go to Personal Info and go to Edit Avatars and put the URL in it
