to host a banner from that site, simple click on the browse button, find ur banner click ok. Once it's done, click host it. The page will be loading and it give u a code

that means it's not the required format.. the picture must be .gif, .jpg, or some other file.

The file your trying to post... is it a .bmp file? To check, right click the pic and go to properties and you'll see what type of file it is.

Most likely, it is not the format of your picture they support. You need to get a .bmp .gif converter.
