stan is a song by eminem about a fan who wrote letters to eminem, and never got a reply, so he drove his car off a bridge, killing himselfe and his girlfreind (and the day after receives a reply from eminem [he didnt kno he was dead] saying that he was sorry he didnt write him back)

its lal baout that kid and its sister. they always were at their concert, never missing any of them.
but the kid's cancer was getting out of hand and they came and see him on demand of his mother, as a surprise, to see his favorite music band one last time, but as the group entered the building,t he kid died, without seeing them, they never would have let him down and never come back to him one last time, i mean the kid was there, all the concert first row center !

they came not because theyg ot paid for it, they came because it was the biggest fan they had and they had to treat as such ! when they entered it was too late, the kid was dead, his mother thanked them for coming. they made a song dedicated to him.

pretty sad song, but it sure is the truth about life being a bitch !

The song blossom posted is Thank You(hence the topic title) by dido. Eminem then made stan which had parts of Thank You in in. Eminem does that a lot. He also has that song that has parts of dream on by Aerosmith.
