You cannot create a Tourny or enter one until Zing's is over, it would be to compilcated and just not right!

yep, warmor is right...

well, unless zing's tourney takes too long, then u can start one...

anyone can start a tournament, but, if u wish to give away official prizes (like a special character or a helper) u'll have to clear it with me (via email)
