Grey screen - I dont know how to fix this

well since the web host problem got fixed.. ive redownloaded the game and when the bar got half way full i pressed the *OK* button to enter the game.. i tried to press enter but it wouldnt let me go to the player login.. It will just show the flash movie and at the end of the flash movie the screen will just stay grey... someone told me that the online version already works... can someone please help me?

I guess you should try to clear your cache. Then reboot, and try it again.

i did that.. i deleted my temporary files.. and i used window washer to delete anything extra...

really if there is no fix to this then there is my official retirement to this game cause i've fixed this computer up like 20 times just to get the game to work properly and finally it started to work properly, my sound card works perfect, everything works good except the game...the game stopped workin for me since the web hosting problem tmyapp announced.

ive tried the download version of the game and it dont work as well.. i even reinstalled my shockwave

i just finished uninstallin/reinstallin shockwave player... that didnt work...

shockwave 10 doesnt work that good on SFO ! get shockwave 8.5 ...

well guess wat? it didnt work so now i am looking for help from a mod/admin.. cause it is giving me the same result.. please this grey screen wont go away./. do i have to reformat my whole pc again? after 20 times and reinstallin my hardware god knows how many times? this is bad..

i want a mod/admin here... (hopes tmyapp can get to this topic)
