what is the "Contact a MOD (quicker than a pm) " thing for ? and has any one used it before?

haven't seen anyone use it bg maybe they like the pm system

Stand back Bob and everone else. You don't have to post anything there just click and you will see a message about it. It is to send an important message to all the mods. It is not for private use.
