actually, they all have their WEAKNESS and strong points !

Mr. Popo is not slow in the head... he actually knows everything that happens on earth way before any of the other DBZ chars even knows ! the only person that can rival his power is the KAME he's working for !

he's not a great fighter tho, but he surely can hold his own until reinforments arrive !

as for the character i think the most annoying, its the ANNOUNCER during the CELL GAMES !
as for those who say mr. satan is the weakest character in DBZ, well think again, he is not... the other humans are, mr satan is really the strongest human. like goku said "is lack of understand ki will really hurt" that's because the only thing that makes MR SATAN so weak is the fact he doesn't know advanced techniques such as the kamehameha !

he's my fav anyway !
