ok...
look at the bottom of your very own topics !
you'll see two options that you can apply even tho your not a mod !

CLOSE TOPIC - DELETE TOPIC

no need to be mod to have those option in your own topics !
so if he closed or deleted a topic that HE made then that surely not means he is a mod !
