I whole-heartedly agree with viper2040 here.

Wolvie, no matter how good a user, doesn't have much of a chance against chun-li.
And if you think i'm just crap with Wolvie, then come and fight me anytime, and I'd be happy to beat the crap outta any ryu user with him!

don't really have any extra points to make, I think viper2040 has pretty much got it all down straight!
