um can you make me a banner if you can this is the way ide like it

it would be cool to have animation in my banner but whatever
here are the aminations from fighters generation i picked

1.wolverine

2.sentinal

3.dark blue tint

4. my name in gold kinda flashing on the top

i dont know if you can do this but its ok if you cant.
